On the move!

It's official. We have a zooming wiggle-worm on our hands. Allie keeps making her case that she's a big girl, thank you very much, and we have to agree. This week we installed one of two 'big girl' carseats, giving in to the fact that 'yes, she is way too heavy to heave around in the infant seat anymore.' I continue to shudder at what I find on her belly after she cleans my floors with her speedy army-crawl. And last, but not least, we finally had to make the move to the lower crib mattress height...evidence of our reasoning to follow. Every time someone asks us how old Allie is and we tell them '7 1/2 months' (because without the half, where would we be, right?) they respond with, 'Oh, that's a fun age!' and we have to say that we totally agree. For instance, today was a 'cracking up over mastering the high-five while eating strawberries' kind of day. Gotta love it (and we do!).

Rockin' the hearts hoodie (wind-blown, 'do' and all). Thanks, Aunt Neighbor!

Oh, hey, what do you know? Mama's got her camera out again...OK, fine, I'll squeeze out another smile.

She's a professional nose-grabber, folks. Watch out.
Matching hair-dos...for now.

She's solemn, that one.

One for me...one for you. What do you mean you already ate?

We're working on bottling this up and saving it for AFTER 5:30am...wish us luck!

Climbing her way up Mount Mama.

Mid wiggle-worming.

As Mayor of this town, I promise you LOWER crib mattresses!

My constituents LOVE me!
